I can’t say enough good things about this dentist. I was very impressed by the lovely receptionist she was very kind and inviting the office feels very relaxing and has a nice smell to keep you calm. The dental assistants and dentist are very gentle when speaking they don’t make you feel bad and are very easy going no upselling and very relaxed. They were very quick to get me in for my appointment when I was having tooth pain and very quick to get me in. I’m glad I switched over to them and now I feel better about going to the dentist. Everyone was so kind and sweet I have never experienced that kind of service before. Thank you for helping me with my teeth!!

I had a very good experience at Toothcrew Family Dental. Dr. Simarjyot Randhawa did an excellent job with my teeth cleaning and repair. She is very kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. Her assistant was also very helpful and friendly. I truly appreciate the great service and highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care. 😊🦷✨ And also the front disk was also so nice and helpful.

Sweet little office located in Douglasdale, easy communication to set up appointments via texting, with quick replies and availability for appointments. If you're looking for an office that isn't too busy with other patients at the same time as your appt, this is the one. I had something come up last minute and it was easy to reschedule without them giving me a hard time (shoutout Kaitlyn). Aman, the DA was gentle and very nice, and Dr Randhawa was knowledgeable and does the cleanings herself! The office itself is cute, clean, and very homey, I will definitely return. They also follow the Alberta dental fee guide and direct bill.

I had a great first experience at ToothCrew Family Dental! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I also took my 20-month old here for her first check-up and everyone was incredibly patient and kind. It was obviously a new experience for her, but they tried to make it relaxed and fun and just made it work with her wiggling, etc.

We’ve been bringing our 7‑year‑old daughter to Toothcrew Family Dental and our experience has been absolutely wonderful. Dr. Simar Randhawa is gentle, patient, and truly excellent with children. She takes the time to explain everything and makes sure our daughter feels comfortable and relaxed during every visit. You can really tell she cares about her patients. A special mention goes to Kaitlyn, their amazing Dental Administrator, who is always friendly, organized and welcoming. She makes scheduling visits so easy and helps create a calm, positive atmosphere the moment you walk in the door. We’re so grateful to have found a dental office that combines professionalism with genuine kindness.
