Why Our Patients Love Us

- Jess Wagan

“Simply the best! The clinic is really tidy. And all the staffs I talked to were friendly. I only have a week to do the procedure before I go away for a month and when I explained my situation they quickly booked me in for the procedure. And not even a week I was able to get it done. Thank you guys so much! 😊

- Tay

“I had a really great experience here, I’ve been twice for a cleaning and for a wisdom tooth extraction and both services went extremely well. The staff really take their time to ensure you are comfortable. As someone who suffers with anxiety, I was absolutely terrified to have extractions, and it was the most painless, professional and calming process I could have asked for. I will be back with my whole family for future services at this dental practice! 😊”

- Family drive UA

“My whole family has been treated by one of the best dentists in Kyiv (Ukraine) for the past 20+ years. We were looking for a good dentist after moving to Canada, and found one. The doctor and staff are very friendly, attentive and listen to your every wish. I am very glad that our life in Canada will be accompanied by the same high-quality dental care as in Ukraine. I highly recommend this clinic.”

- Trudy Hay

“Dr. Simar is patient and kind, easy to talk to and is not pushy with dental work. She takes her time and not rushing to get to the next patient. Definitely a great value for your dental care. The office is so cozy, clean and well kept. The environment is peaceful and relaxing. They have coffee, drink and water to offer for patients. They offered a free electric toothbrush or teeth whitening for booking a exam and cleaning too!”

- Kevin LeBlanc

“I have been looking for the right dentist for years, and what I found here is a dentist who is kind, caring and gentle. The appointment is very relaxed and the atmosphere she and her staff create from reception to the chair made me feel very much at ease. I have referred and made appointments for my whole family to see Dr. Simar Randhawa as our new family dentist.”

- Gina Coveney

“Amazing experience here. Although I was not a patient, they were able to get me I. Last minute when my temporary bridge cracked and was coming out. They welcomed me in and treated me wonderfully. I will now be back for all my dental needs ! 🙌😁 …”

FAQ

Have you got a question? We have an answer!

Have you got a question? We have
an answer!

Is going to the dentist that important?

Yes, visiting the dentist regularly is essential for oral and overall health. When you care for your teeth, you care for the rest of your body. As dental professionals, we’re trained to see the early signs of other issues like oral cancers and diabetes. Taking care of your teeth matters, so find a dentist you trust.

How much does it cost for a dental visit?

It depends on why you’re visiting the dentist in the first place. A check-up and cleaning won’t cost as much as a root canal or Invisalign. We advise calling our office beforehand to check prices or check out this link to view all of our prices.

Are there specific types of dentists?

Yes, there are. There are specialty dentists for things like pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, geriatric dentistry, and periodontal dentistry specializing in gums. At Toothcrew, we are experts in general, children’s, emergency and cosmetic dentistry.

How often should i see a dentist?

We recommend seeing us every six months to maintain your oral health. If you have certain conditions like gum disease or decay, we recommend you come in more often. Visiting us every six months keeps your mouth healthy and allows us to monitor your oral health to provide intervention on any dental issues.

Is it normal to be anxious about the dentist?

It is. There is no shame in being anxious about a dental visit. We understand you may not like the sounds and feelings or you’ve had a bad experience. At our office, our team is compassionate and caring. They understand the anxiety around a dental visit and are happy to go at your pace. Our team can walk you through what will happen during your cleaning or procedure. We also offer sedation dentistry.

Will my insurance cover a dental visit?

We accept most insurance providers, and most insurance will cover a dental visit but not the entire cost. It’s best to check with your insurance provider to see how much they will cover for a dental visit or procedure. We can work with you to finance any money that isn’t covered by insurance if you need it.
